There’s only few steps you have to follow to regenerate your skin over night.
Step 1 : Cleanse & exfoliate your skin
One of the most important evening beauty steps is to remove our makeup properly.
Always use a mild cleanser (gel , foam or non rinse off cleanser) based on your skin type .
Try to massage your face for at least minute to ensure you are really getting your skin clean.
Step 2: Exfoliate your skin
Our skin renews it self every 28 days , by shedding old dead cells and replacing them with new ones.
Exfoliating has many benefits, including unclogging your pores, which is the main reason for (blackheads-whiteheads & acne).
Exfoliating helps to remove the dead cells which can help other skin care products to penetrate deeper, also boosts skin radiance and stimulate collagen synthesis to improve skin texture & keep the skin looking fresh & younger.
Step 3: Use a toner
Toning up your skin with your favorite toner can help to remove the last dirts, impurities, tightening your pores and prepare your skin for the moisturizing step.
Step 4: Apply serum or treatment by using the (derma roller)
Derma tolling is a form of micro needling, when in use, these needles create micro -injuries on the skin , which in turn can stimulate collagen production and boost a absorption of any topical product you apply.
If you’re looking for hydration hyaluronic acid serum would be ideal.
If you’re looking to brighten your skin, reduce pigmentations, dark spots , a regenerating serum like (vitamin c) would be a great choice.
Derma roller can be used once a week if you have sensitive skin, otherwise you can use it twice a week.
Be sure to not use it on (active acne or irritated skin)
