- 1 apple , preferably organic
- 4-5 dessertspoons plain live yogurt (full or low fat)
- 1-2 dessertspoons flaked almonds
- 1-2 dessertspoons sunflower seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons berries
- 1 tablespoons oats if you like
Grate the apple (with the peel on) directly into a bowl . Spoon in the yogurt
Stir in flaked almonds and sunflower seeds and the oats.
Top with any sort of pink, red or blue berry
