Usually, in such weather people tend to take hot baths, which is wrong because hot water will make your skin dryer and more cracked. So the best thing to do is to take either warm or cold baths as it helps in tighten the skin pores and minimizing the skin dryness. Another misleading thought is that people think sunscreen is not important in this particular type of weather. However as it is in the summer, the damage of the UV lights continues and lasts even in the winter, so people are recommended to use a sunscreen with an SPF of 15 on the body’s exposed parts. And finally, use soap and other products that are paraben free in order to avoid any skin irritations, itching, and dryness of the skin.
