Foods filled with antioxidants
A good diet contributes to good health and is reflected on our skin, which is why it is very important not to take our diet lightly, the oxidation of the body is linked to the presence of free radicals which damage healthy cells and which are responsible for accelerated aging of tissues, by transforming fine lines into deeper wrinkles. The TAC index (Total Antioxidant Capacity) is used to determine the antioxidant activity of a food. The higher the TAC value of the food, the more antioxidant it is.
Fruits and vegetables, which are rich in antioxidants to counter the aging effects of free radicals in order to limit skin aging thanks to antioxidants: lamb's lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, chard, peppers and peas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pomegranate or Cassis. There are no official recommendations targeting the daily intake of antioxidants. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables, and therefore in antioxidants, can however act as a shield against these famous free radicals. You must therefore stay focused on your diet and the state of health in general without neglecting the importance of blood circulation in the body which plays a very important role in the result of the diet.
