      #6 Myth: Swimming worsens eczema symptoms.

      While it is true that exposure to chlorine and other chemicals found in swimming pools can irritate the skin and trigger eczema flare-ups, but swimming in saltwater or natural bodies of water can actually improve their symptoms.
